About Us

Thrive Nest is a social enterprise based in Tamale, Ghana, dedicated to empowering the youth, especially TVET students, women, and communities through innovative digital skills training and advocacy. Our business model centres on two core initiatives: comprehensive digital skills training, entrepreneurship support and community-specific women livelihood empowerment programs that harness local economic opportunities.

Additionally, we promote digital literacy and inclusion in less privileged schools and communities. We also promote environmental stewardship by establishing climate change advocacy clubs in local schools. Supported by a revenue model that blends paid training programs, consultancy services, and donor funding, Thrive Nest aims to address the region’s under-served needs and foster sustainable development. With a strong leadership team, our goal is to equip 100,000 TVET students and girls with digital skills by 2035, catalysing transformative change across Ghana.
