Who We Are
Thrive Nest is a social enterprise based in Tamale, Ghana, dedicated to empowering the youth, women, and communities through innovative digital skills training and advocacy.
Founded in response to the growing digital divide, unemployment, and climate vulnerability in Northern Ghana, Thrive Nest was established to offer practical solutions that empower people and strengthen communities.
Our focus is on equipping individuals, especially Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) students with market ready digital skills, tools, and mentorship required to survive and thrive in today’s economy, thus, closing the digital gap.
We recognize the pressing issues that limit opportunity in marginalized communities, such as digital exclusion, youth unemployment, lack of access to relevant skills, and the growing impact of climate change. Our programs are designed to tackle these barriers head-on through providing hands-on trainings, one-on-one mentorship, and access to networks that foster development and sustainability.
Through our lead programs in Digital Skills Training for Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) students, Digital Literacy drives, community-based women’s economic empowerment, and climate advocacy and trainings in schools and communities, we are building ecosystems that support long-term sustainability
